  • I want to reiterate to you Tile Shop that your customer service is a an absolute failure. I waited and even called for a follow up today after you stated last week that we would receive a status on when we should expect our tiles to arrive this week. To no avail, no call no follow up and you have caused a delay to our home renovation. If this is how your company operates, I'm more than happy to inform any of your future buyers to rethink what type of company they're dealing with. If your company's core values and principles are customer focus, you have failed miserably. Again, your management staff at Tile Shop in Scottsdale,AZ has done nothing. You should realize that customer focus should be your number one priority, with the amount of money we spent your service is intolerable.
