  • They are great when your buying but really aweful customer service when it comes to after service. Think twice before buying here. I bought a generator a year ago and the sales people were awesome. Took it back for service and told me that I was gonna get a call when it is done. Guess what? Never got the call and I was trying to manage my time so I can pick it up. I called them about 4hrs later and the generator wasnt even touched yet. They told me that I will be called back, guess what? Never got that call. Called them 2 hrs later and was told I need the carb rebuilt. I told them no and I will get it back. They charged me $50 and all they did was ran the generator and listened to it. They never even open it up and try to clean the inside. My generator is running fine now after spraying some carb cleaner. Really aweful customer service, will never visit this store again. Yamaha better clean up your staff.
