  • From the very start I had a great impression. The receptionist, Nicole, even looked into my coverage and gave me a full breakdown of my costs before I ever stepped foot into the office. I hadn't been to the dentist in too long of a time (my fault) but Natalie, the hygienist, made me regret not doing so. She was so great with the cleaning that it made me have a whole new opinion about going to the dentist. My teeth/gums aren't sore but they are squeaky clean. I didn't get dentist shamed for not coming for so long, all they said was "well you're here now and that's what matters" which made me feel more at ease about being so irresponsible. Dr. Seo was really nice and informative and was very good about answering questions and making sure I understood exactly what was going on with my teeth. She showed me x-rays and pointed everything out. I have some fillings that need to get done and dare I say it, I'm actually excited to see them. I was really impressed with the whole team. Also, they show you a movie/show when you get you're cleaning done. A+
