  • I really like Einstein Bagels and I do frequent many different ones in the area. The food is always very good and the service is friendly, but this store in particular is ridiculously understaffed. The food takes forever every time. Just a simple bagel with cream cheese will take over 10 minutes even when it is not busy. I do think that the staff is trying as I do see a sense of urgency for the most part, but the owner needs to spend a few more dollars on labor. The staff is put in a really bad spot when they are so short staffed. Love the food, staff is nice, just nearly not enough of them.
