  • I had to exchange a small pet crate for a larger one and they cheerfully helped me out, no problems. The people are nice and friendly but I do believe that they are overworked in some ways. I walked in once @ 10am or so, and the lights were half off and the manager had everyone stocking from the pallets and crates in the aisle ways. Too many stores do not want to hire night stockers and the result is poor customer service, and overworked clerks. Maybe the Corporate can reconsider this stupid policy. Not a good idea for customers or workers.
