I'm going to be short and sweet.
Staff is uninformed and under qualified.
Security is non existent, gate remains open nearly 24/7.
Cars broken into constantly and even in one case one was stolen.
I know it's college living but the residents are loud until 3A.M. constantly.
Pavlov media supplies internet and cable. Internet is down multiple times a week and Pavlov's customer support is essentially useless.
Uses a third party billing company for electricity. This company is not BBB accredited and has a long list of unethical business practices. If you sign a lease, just know you are stuck with this billing company for a year. They are charging us $50 extra a month PER PERSON for electricity. We keep our A/C off and are in class for the entire day, we did not use this much electricity. Currently looking into a legal investigation against this company (Conservice).
There are approximately 30 guest spots in the entire complex so if you have friends, you better buy them so walking shoes because there is a minimal chance of them finding a parking spot.
Insane amount of speed bumps. Not the kind that are easy on the car either. Over an extended period of time this will cause unusual wear and tear on your suspension.
Rates go up every year. If you aren't one of the first like seven to renew, you don't even get the lower of the raised rates. Luckily I am not living here next year so I don't have to worry about that.
Sad excuse for management.
My recommendation is to look into renting a house. You can get a 4 bedroom house with a 2 car garage 5 minutes from campus for A FRACTION of what they charge people to live here.
