rev:text	Let me start off by saying I understand all the negative reviews I've read about this place after having visited there recently. By far the worst performance of physician duties I have ever experienced! Came in with all the required documentation to receive a prescription I have already been taking after my regular physician has been unavailable for some time to writ the script for me. Upon giving the female doctor on duty that evening all the required info she would need to write me my next prescription she insisted she cannot because she does not know my family history, had not had consultation with me, etc. To my knowledge, I could have sworn I was sitting right in front of her so these "consultations" could have happened had she not been lazy and/or unwilling to perform her physician duties. Moreover, she was more interested in treating me like some sort of criminal asking for a years worth of Fentanyl or something of the sort when all I was asking for was something not out of the ordinary. I'm quite angry at the huge waste of time and additionally the taxpayer dollars that went into myself paying for this useless visit and this poor excuse of a physician practicing "medicine" at this clinic. I would very strongly advise people not to waste their own time going there and instead visit any other medical clinic who are actually willing to listen to patients and perform consultations. If there was an option to ask the government for an OHIP refund for this visit, I would have already requested it.
