  • After my initial experience, I reached out to the salon owner and she was incredibly understanding and accommodating. I ended up going in for another appointment and meeting with Karen, who was delightful and thoroughly talked through my original vision and how we could accomplish it. We ended up doing a combination of color and balayage, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I went from brown to blonde, and I love my new color. Alan Koa salon really delivered, thank you!
