  • Eek! Had high hopes for this place as I was looking for a new salon since I recently moved to Midtown....paid $55 for one of the worst hair cuts of my life...plus a tip! Made plans to go back to "Amy J" to have her fix the cut....but was too afraid that I would end up with no hair at all! I wouldn't believe the hype....I never felt comfortable here...maybe it just isn't my kind of place...the receptionist was rude and I stood around waiting as my stylist was talking to someone else on the phone...I will take my chances somewhere else...this place belongs in Scottsdale...not Phoenix! And then...the owner badgers me about my review! Cindy I am surprised by the bad review .... I listened to your voice mails to Amy and read your texts and it seems a very different story then the review you wrote . Perhaps you have forgotten the "bad" haircut you came in with and wanted "fixed" ? You told her via message that your hair was SOO much better & you just needed one piece tweaked a bit..,, How does this rate a 1 star review ? Merry Christmas and Happy New Year We are still here for you should you decide you want anything on your cut changed . Rick Perhaps Rick...you have forgotten your manners....badgering your patrons (past or present) is not cool! I now understand where the vibe of your establishment comes from. I'm sticking with the one star!
