  • Went to Best Buy to browse some kitchen appliances. Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Joe Brower who was extremely knowledgeable about the different appliances and brands. Wasn't pushy at all and just provided useful information that really helped with our decision making. Ended up buying a refrigerator b/c the price was great and Joe took care of everything. Scheduled delivery and went over the process in great detail. Delivery people were within the time window and very fast and professional. Overall great experience and will definitely make this Best Buy location my first stop next time I need something. I will also go out of my way to make sure that I work with Joe again b/c great service is difficult to find anywhere these days. Thanks for a pleasant experience!
