Is it crazy I'm doing an update of an update. Just closing the loop b/c really I'm beyond impressed w/ this place. I am no longer a resident - I purchased a home and have since vacated my unit. I was unable to time it perfectly (hey when you find what you want you have to act on it right?). Anyways, I ended up breaking my lease and the office staff was fabulous. The penalties weren't unreasonable and they were very understanding about a lost key situation. Long story short, I lost some keys during the move. Instead of stiffing me they gave me extra time to go get spare keys made thus saving me the $10 a key replacement fees. The move out process was a breeze and the real reason I'm writing this update - they don't look to screw you in any move out inspections. I moved into the newest units and was only there for a year and change. I left my unit clean, but there were a few gauges in the wall and nail holes etc. Things that a unscrupulous outfit could charge you astronomically for. The gauges in the wall were a little beyond normal wear and tear. Anyways - there was opportunity to charge me (I was prepared for it) but they didn't!
