  • The only thing I dislike about this place is that it always gets crazy busy here..Huge line ups all the time!! Also, their pastries in the front always look like they are very old.. Does anyone even order those? The customer service is very spotty - some days I'll be very pleasantly surprised by the servers and other days I leave seething. One female server there in particular is extremely attitudey! (I have a feeling its the same server @Amy Z reviewed about). But let's be honest, I'm still going to be coming back cause I also have a hankering for bubble tea.... :) My go-to order is always Roasted grass jelly milk tea with less ice and 30% sugar. Whenever I have a free drink I always get this and add tapioca on top - BEST EVER. Just a note: the Red Bean Milk Tea already has tapioca included in it .. hooray for not paying extra for tapioca hehe
