  • I would like to express my dismay about how this place treated me and my pregnant friend tonight. They sat us knowing we have a party of 3 since that's the first thing they ask, and our 3rd person was 2 mins away. As soon as the server walks in, the first thing she asks was if we had a 3rd person instead of greeting us. And proceeded to tell us that until our 3rd person arrives she cannot seat us, when we were already seated. Mind you there were tables right next to us who were parties of 2 who were seated at table that were meant for bigger parties, and then I saw them sit a couple who still had to wait on their friends. Way to lose loyal customers who were just looking to eat some food and have a goodnight. Instead was spoiled by a "policy" that they choose to enforce when they want to. I would love to give negative stars, unfortunately I cannot. From the hostess to the server and the manager, service was just bad and unorganized. We all have one job to do in customer service and that's to keep CUSTOMERS HAPPY! Unfortunately, that is not something that was attempted this evening, and as a result, this establishment will no longer be recommended nor frequented by myself or my many associates.
