  • It bothered me to even give this location a single star. The customer service was mortifying. Not once was I acknowledged. I even smiled at an associate, she saw me smile at her kindly, but still just carried on. Not even a friendly smile back. I found it to be very very rude, and had I not been in a bind for what I was shopping for I would have left my items right where I was and left. After this encounter I went to try on my items at the fitting room. I waited for quite awhile until another customer walked out from trying on her items and said "just go in I was waiting for about 10 minutes before I just gave up. Nobody is going to come." The only interaction I received at this store was the young lady at the register, and honestly it was probably only because she had to speak to me (but she was a sweetheart don't get me wrong). These employees need to understand that without the shoppers money they will be without a job. A little respect can go a long way and make a positive impact which will bring in more clients. Needless to say this location has lost me as a customer. I honestly hope the associates here "get it together".
