  • Moving is stressful, and today we dealt with our movers for 7 hours, and then when they left, our garage door in our new home went haywire. We called the garage remote company (Genie) to do a manual reset and then a hard reset. We unplugged the cord from the garage door opener to the ceiling outlet and couldn't get it back in to finish the hard reset. Talked to two other places (since Phil's number went to voicemail)to help the issue since now it became an electrical problem, and they had no idea what I was talking about. I got frustrated and luckily Phil called my number back and apologized because he was in a meeting. I spoke to him About the outlet issue in the garage and garage door master plug. He knew exactly the reason why I was having the problem and Within 20 minutes, Phil came out to our home for half the price of anywhere else and took care of the issue and helped us do a hard reset on our garage door so it would close again. He was extremely knowledgeable and very nice! We will use him again for sure!
