  • If I could give them zero stars I would. The valves on my pool have been working fine for almost two years and just now started to leak. They sent out an idiot to check my valves and he reported to the home warranty company that the valves were chewed up and missing a few screws (all of which didn't stop the valves from working in the past). My home warranty just called me and denied my claim. Do yourselves a favor and just use sparkle pool and spa to do your repair and maintenance work. There is a reason they only have two stars. Oh and I'm convinced that all the warranty companies find the most shady pool companies to try to do repairs so the companies can refuse to fix things all of the time. I'm sure if there were bird poop on my valves they would have denied it too. ASAP pools was sent out for a previous repair and the tech stole my two booster pumps (one for a water feature) and one for my spa which had to be replaced.
