Had to check out this place on our last Vegas trip, as I'm a huge fan of all things (well, most things) from the 1950's. We were a group of 9 on a Sunday night about 8PM and there's a table that's big enough to hold all of us. A fun and rowdy time ensued.
A smaller group of us went back Monday night. The bartender recognized me from Sun. night and said "welcome back".
The drinks are CHEAP. $8 for the drink and an extra $12 if you want it in a cool tiki mug. And you can pick and choose the drink/tiki combination. Made for a couple of cheap and awesome souvenirs.
The vibe is... unique (but in an oh-so-good way!). The crowd and the staff are wonderful. My only solace that there's nothing like it in L.A. is that if there were a Frankie's here, it would definitely turn me into an alcoholic.
