  • So I have a love-hate relationship with Gadzooks.... Love, because their food is oh so delicious. Hate, because I can never stop eating when I'm there. Gadzookz is often compared to Chipotle but it's so much more than that. You can choose between tacos, nachos, a salad or their famous enchiladas. The protein options are super unique - braised short rib, Modelo-braised bison, and spicy cornbread to name a few! Once your tacos, enchiladas, etc. are stuffed theyre topped with shredded cheese and placed into an oven to get all ooey gooey. Even the toppings are exquisite! My favorite is the perfectly pickled red onions. You can top off your meal with chips, tortilla soup, or delicious homemade pumpkin cookies. The line for lunch is always out the door and for good reason! This has definitely become a staple for my coworkers and I!
