  • I've been taking their buses for 3+ years and I just want to give them a shoutout for being an amazing company with great customer service every time that I have a problem. I've emailed them a couple of times because I either missed a bus, my plane was late, or I didn't get the email with the tickets. Every time they have been extremely friendly and accommodating. The rides themselves are also very comfortable and I never have to worry about anything going wrong. Also they're not racist or rude unlike Suburban Express. I've never had an issue over all of these years. Just so thankful that this reliable company exists.
