rev:text	If I could I would give them zero stars. They are definitely on top of the list of crooks in the moving business. Don't even consider them. Also the 28 ratings that yelp does not recommend are all true and have been most probably been flagged by the company croonies. Please read them before yoy decide. I was moving from Phoenix to San Jose and got a list of quotes. These guys were the lowest and this was my first move between states. Being a novice, I got sucked into booking them for my move. On the day of my move , I had the exact number of boxes I had mentioned to receive the quote , well below 300 cu.ft . But the truck driver /mover ,Rob, came in and said the boxes are good but the chaise lounge was too big and wanted us to pay 200 bucks more than what he quoted. My husband and I were discussing and he practically YELLED at us for wasting his time. I don't knwo about others but I do think twice when I have to spend 200 bucks for no apparent reason. He was absolutely rude and kept screaming on top of his voice during the move , did not want my husband to monitor how the fragile boxes were being loaded .. my stuff and I cant even monitor how you are manhandling them ? What the hell !!! They dropped my special glassware right before my eyes . And would not let me check if the glassware was broken because they were "busy ". Yea right ! Its been 15 days and no one has called to deliver our stuff. It was supposed to be here in a week. I'm definitely filing a complaint in BBB as well as protectyourmove.gov !!
