  • They seem ok or maybe greater than ok but having been there twice, the wait is an hour despite making an appt a few months ahead. The waiting room was not crowded; both times the spouse or parent of a patient was there waiting. No one ever explained the wait other than saying "soon" since after 45 minutes I was afraid they had forgotten about me. At one hour, it was "They're coming for u next." I was taken back for a full set of 18 digital xrays then waited some more. The sole dental hygienist was behind by more than 1.5 hours. She didn't reference the wait other than saying she had to thoroughly sanitize the chair before me & that she was always by herself. She seemed good & gave me a Sonicare $10 off coupon which I haven't used yet. I would probably consider coming back if the wait wasn't onerous!
