This is a definite must if you are in Vegas and you want great steak. It is located in the MGM resort. The service is perfect. Our server was very attentive. The entire team would make sure we are never running out of water. Every once in a while they just walk by to create conversation. The restaurant wasn't loud but at the same time it wasn't completely quiet. I felt very relaxed and comfortable when I got in. We had to wait approximately an extra 10 minutes even though we had reservation but that was okay as we were able to sit at the bar and order drinks. The drinks themselves were normal and nothing spectacular. My fiancee and I ordered a long island ice tea and a glass of wine for the meal. Now on to the main things about restaurant and that is food. You can order a la carte or if there more than 2 people you can order a special combo for a slightly cheaper price. We went a la carte as we felt there would be too much food. For the appetizer, we ordered their wagyu tartare and it was good not great. The onions were slightly too overpowering. The wagyu was done well though. The main dishes were an amazing ribeye and their cheapest meat, the hangar. First, the ribeye is absolutely amazing. I really like the fact that they cut it into smaller slices since they knew we were sharing. It was a fattening perfection, perfectly cooked medium rare ribeye. I really can't describe it more than that. Now the cheapest cut, the hangar might sound like it will be a decent item but you will regret thinking that after you take in the first bite. This is my favorite item here. I won't bother describing it as I believe everyone who goes here will learn to not judge a book by its cover. We also ordered side dishes and the shitàke mushroom was amazing. The second side dish we ordered was probably the worse of all the items we order and that is the asparagus. We wanted something that would counterbalance the steak and shitàke mushroom so we order it hoping the lemon zest asparagus would fulfill it. Unfortunately, the asparagus wasn't sour enough. Needless to say it was still a decent side dish but disappointing when compared to all the other items. This is now the second time we have been here and of all the steakhouses we have been to in Vegas this will always be in our stomach's desire. This is a must for all steak lovers who wants amazing services as well. There will be no regrets.
