  • If I could give Zero stars I would. I went in to get my oil change done, the manager guy with tattoos (Doug, I think) was upset because I had a coupon book I BOUGHT which gave me three oil changes. He was so mad because I bought all four brakes for my car somewhere else. He belittled me in front of an employee and other clients saying I was cheap. I responded that he was over $300 more expensive than Big O where I got my brakes serviced. Don't go to this location unless you want to be yelled at for over paid service. Don't use discount coupon booklets they sell, Doug will make you feel bad for being a smart consumer!!!
