  • TIO provided excellent and timely service for a power failure and much anxiety on my part. This was my first experience with TIO and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Scott did the initial evaluation and was right on target for a 40 year old residential system that needed a new main circuit breaker - those orange plastic Murray breakers don't last forever. Tessa was my main contact and scheduler - - when the power completely failed she got Jose on the job that morning and he was done before noon - great service !! the APS service tech and Phoenix building inspector were also timely and helpful to get my power back on quickly. For a while I was really anxious - - but about 9AM it all came together like a "Perfect Storm" - - wow what a relief !!! Thanks to all the TIO staff - you were great!
