  • WARNING! They were soo rude and didn't give a crap about the customer. After calling LG direct about my washer LG recommended a different store to buy parts called Andrews Electronics and they were 50% less in costs. I was trying to explain why I feel they should meet me in the middle to resolve the problem and I got hung up on. I went back the next day and asked if he wanted to correct the problem and he said NO. I told him I will post a negative comment in yelp and he said put in there that I said never come back. STAY AWAY AND LET ALL YOUR FRIENDS KNOW TO NOT SHOP HERE!
