| - After an accident, my car was dragged here since I had no clue where to take it after moving to the area recently; who my insurance company would approve for the work.
I found they had very good communication and were pleasant to deal with, but my insurance company insisted I take my car elsewhere.
That's all well and good, but when my car arrived at the new collision center, I met it there to find everything of value had been stripped - bike racks, antenna, floor mats, everything I had inside, including the ashes of a family pet and about $10 in change in the change holder.
I called Titan to figure out what happened to all of it, and luckily they'd saved most of it, except of course for the change, as well as the floor mats and antenna and who knows what else I missed. The frustration came in having to drive all the way across town to get back whatever they hadn't sold or taken.
I guess that's the cost of having your vehicle towed to the wrong collision center. Lesson learned.
