I have been a OneGuard customer for over four years. They have always done an admirable job and all of their employees have been very polite. Recently however, we were at odds over a pool repair. I consider myself a reasonable person and wrote a very detailed email to the president of the company. I was immediately contacted back! I had the pleasure of speaking with Samantha, who was a customer service manager. Not only was she very polite but also very knowledgeable. We spoke for about 20 minutes and discussed my situation in detail. She offered a more than fair solution to my problem and I went from being a somewhat disgruntled customer to an extremely satisfied one. Thanks to Samantha I plan on renewing my warranty again next year! You are never going to see eye to eye with every company you do business with. The key is that they have a system in place that gives you an avenue to voice your concerns. OneGuard is such a company. Hats off to them!!
