  • So I used to love this place but not anymore. Recently, I made an appointment for first thing in the morning. They started it off by being late opening up the salon with a bunch of us standing outside waiting for them. The person I got wasn't personable, got annoyed when I questioned something (I am paying for these nails that are gonna be stuck on me.. If I see something that doesn't look right I should be able to ask about it), was a little rough and didn't tell me how long and how often to put my nails in the UV light. Also, when I asked for a simple design on two of my nails, they told me they couldn't do it. Then toward the end after I was really annoyed, magically they said they could do it. I declined.. I just wanted to get out of there. They get two stars because they generally do good work. However, I got acrylics and they did chip after a week which I wasn't happy about. I will be going to a different salon now because my most recent visit was just lacking in too many ways.
