Crap service, they don't know what they're doing (i.e. spending too much time screwing up orders then fixing them), and nothing but long lines, wrong orders, and frustrated customers.
I've been here a few times and witnessed the freekin' chaos that happens in this store every time! Must be a language barrier or cultural clash but it just seems like this franchisee and his workers just aren't connecting with his customers on either a friendly or communicative level. At least that's what I see even way before I get to the head of the line.
NO DRIVE-THRU - trust me, that's a GOOD thing because of the way they "handle" (read: muck up) orders - you'd end up polluting the environment with a whole gas tank burnt at idle during the long wait!
Dunkin' Donuts is a fun fast food/donut chain, but this franchise is the worst run I've ever seen.
So save the environment and eat donuts somewhere else. These days I go outta my way to patronize the Bainbridge store about 7 miles away instead of this one.
