Delicious and filling. Initially, I didn't enjoy it. I had the garlic ramen and couldn't finish it all and it made me feel slightly sick. It may be because I can't tolerate too much oil in my system. But I went back and had the miso ramen with butter, egg and pork belly (I was trying to go for Hokkaido style) and it was delicious and filling. The service was kind of slow, but it's ok. The butter is a dollar and extremely generous. I haven't had real Hokkaido ramen but it was literally a stick of butter. Suprising but really up to whoever eats it whether they want to take some out. Last time, I thought the noodles were kind of plastic tasting but it may be the texture that I'm not used to. They're very dense and firm which I really like. Now I'm craving another bowl... sigh.
