  • I wanted to give this place more stars...I really did. But after I had to go back a second day because there was some sort of glue or gunk that wouldn't allow my phone to charge, I have reduced the rating. The location is a little on the shady side. It's in an office building upstairs where I was stopped twice and asked for money by homeless people. I went to fix my brother's phone screen for Christmas. I checked in and got an offer of a free screen protector (score!). They took the phone, quoted me a price, and said it would be ready in a hour. No problems. When we came to pick the phone up, I had to remind them of the promotion several times before the finally and reluctantly gave me the screen protector. Then, when we got the phone home, the charger wouldn't fit. We tried several different charges- nothing. When we took it back, it was suddenly our fault. We must have done something. There was a little back and forth- they took the phone to the back and came back to tell us it was lint. He wanted to charge us and gave us a really hard time about the whole situation. Here's the thing. It fit on the charger before we took it in to this place. After doing business here, the charger did not fit. Do you see my problem? I understand, from your location, that you might come into scammers on a daily basis...and I apologize on behalf of my city and even your neighborhood. But not everyone is trying to scam you- I wasn't, that's for sure. The customer service wasn't really up to par at this place. The price was good...and the screen was replaced in a timely matter. But that's it.
