rev:text	Carter was the bomb 12/8/15 but once he had employees It all went to shit. I think he got too big for his pants to. He bought a bunch of trucks had a few employees and then you know customer service didn't matter money matters. Had 2 good experiences then one horrible one. $ 350 later yes I have three new parts on my car but the ac did not stay working. THEIR IS NO WARRANTY HERE IF CARTER GIVES UP. Really running the ac hooked up to gadgets as you sit in your big truck on the phone and smoking does not constitute troubleshooting the ac problem. It's funny he got rid of his two great employees he boasted to me that were so great but yet he failed to do a warranty on my car he simply gave up. He actually ran away as we were just talking about what to do about my car that's still not fixed. I am still considering suing him especially since now he replies to my telling the world about what he did to me like that's a bad thing. I guess he only wants good reviews. But this is all the truth I had to sell my freaking car. The new mechanic for the new owner says the car has an electrical short and black death. my car wasn't like that before Carter's people touched it. Carter ran off because I did not want to hear his sad stories of customers getting credit back on using their credit cards for getting their car fixed, I wanted my ac fixed. Carter said,"I am not good at electrical. Yet, her never offered to refund any of my money. If you are stupid enough too use his service you after reading this real and honest review is on you because you have been warned. FYI the diagnosis was black death on my compressor Carter. I sold my car for about $900 less than it was worth if the AC worked. Plus I had the expense of buying a brand new car. Thanks Carter you ROCK NOT.
