  • The customer service in all departments is truly appalling. I first dealt with them in December of 2016. They were doing warranty work on my car's transmission. Last week, my car wasn't shifting correctly so I took it back in. I was immediately assured by Kimberly in the service department that all repairs were covered by a warranty she had previously told me had expired. During the diagnostic period, Kimberly told me there was an issue with the power steering that would also be covered. She then retracted that and told me repairs would cost about $900. After some consideration, i decided the best course of action would be to trade it in on a Chevy Cruz. Kimberly put me in contact with a salesman who intermittently made efforts to pressure me into buying a car without seeing it, accepting a low ball offer on my trade in and eating at his desk, all while taking 2 extended personal calls. Lucky me. I let him know i would be crossing the street to the Ford dealership. In a few hours I was the proud owner of a cute blue Ford Focus. I contacted Autonation so I could collect my personal items from my trade in and was told to come anytime before 9pm. I arrived at 6, was led to the service department through a group of leering, sweaty salesmen and was told the service department was closed and i was "Shit out of luck". That was all on Saturday. Today, Monday, I took off work early and arrived at 4 where I immediately found Kimberly to inquire again about my personal belongings. Once she verified that i chose a Ford to purchase, she took her time finding my keys. She located the keys, asked me for money for diagnostics (really...?) and then sent me to the wrong parking lot to locate my old car. The correct parking lot was on the other side of the facility. I would give this place negative stars in all areas. It's a shame that they're involved in what is often the largest purchase for their client in a calendar year. If they mishandled my car issues this way, imagine what they do to others. Don't go here, don't use them, they suck.
