  • Buyer BEWARE, This company is not to be trusted. I placed a bid on a spec home in Henderson, NV. My bid was "respectfully" declined and NO counter offer was made. I was told I needed to do better. I doubt my bid was even offered to the corporate office. I decided to look more into this builder and found out that MANY people who have bought from Woodside Homes are very upset with them moving forward. They don't seem to stand behind their product. After reading so many bad reviews, I feel that I made the correct choice and not move forward with purchasing a home with Woodside Homes. Before make your discussion with building with this company, DO YOU HOMEWORK.
