  • I was very unhappy with my visit there this morning. I went in with my 2012 Matrix, drove in to the Bay and the friendly girl took some info from my car and told me that I needed synthetic oil which didn't surprise me then I proceeded to ask how much it would cost, she said that it would be $110, I asked her if she was serious and she said yes so I immediately gave the coffee back to her, asked for my Keys and got out of there as quick as I could those rip off artists weren't getting a cent of my money. That price makes no sense at all. I immediately went to the Toyota dealership and tax in it cost me $56. The difference absolutely baffles me and no additional services were offered to justify it. STAY AWAY from this rip OFF!!
