After calling them for an estimate, I was not impressed. The canned sales pitch of initial discounts, leading into automatic bi-monthly treatments just doesn't work on me.
Since this rental property has NEVER had pest control issues, I only wanted a single treatment and then would decide if I needed additional treatments in the future. As soon as I communicated this to the estimator, the initial estimate doubled in price or else "they don't make any money". Okay, sure, that pitch may work for you but it doesn't work on me. I have friends that are exterminators and I know what the margins are.
In my business, I always have several vendors to choose from and I've located an alternate who seems like a straight shooter from the initial call. I'll post a another review in a few days.
