  • Phoenix's best kept secret? Why don't people talk about this place? I took one star off because I can't afford to eat here. The food is very high quality so I can't really blame them, but wish it was cheaper. Most dishes were $15-$25 if i remember correctly. The food is fresh, authentic, and delicious. It's not the kind of food that was prepared to make average people think they're eating good food because it is "tasty." This food is actually good. Tons of fresh herbs, nothing was overly salty or sweet. Lots of options for vegans, gluten-free, etc. The herb soup was crazy good, never had anything like it. The service was very friendly and non-intrusive. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. They were playing what seemed to be Persian classical music. Was that a nay (reed flute) in the recording? Well done! I had some gift certificates to make it all possible. I took my sweetie there on her birthday. After getting completely stuffed on everything we could, we sadly had no room for a vegan cheesecake. Knowing about the birthday, the chef insisted we have one on the house, and he came out to personally sing happy birthday with our server. No one was there. Why don't you go there now?
