  • Had a couple frustrating issues with my Surface. Couldn't get Windows 10 to load and had some quirky things going on with programs opening and closing randomly. Didn't even realize that the Microsoft store offered in-store support until someone mentioned it to me yesterday. Walked out an hour later with a bunch of Trojans cleaned out, Windows 10 installed and a buff and shine. Great experience. Highly recommend a visit for a Windows related issue.
