  • I am probably one of the few people that actually enjoys going to the doctor now. Let put a framework on this. We all go to the doctor expecting to wait forever, maybe get 5 minutes with the doctor and pushed out the door. This has never been my experience with Dr. Reed and Camelback Family Healthcare. I first saw Dr. Reed about 8 years ago when I first moved to the Valley at another practice. She left and opened her own practice. I went with her. Throughout two years I was very sick and dealing with a lot colds, migraines and finally pneumonia. Every time I went in she was there, remembering my symptoms, checking on me and making sure I was doing well. I left the Valley for 2 years on contract work and now I am back. I can say in their new offices they have continued a high level of patient care and excellent bedside manner. They always remember me, always have a smile and continually check in after I have been in for illness. The follow up calls on medications and making sure I am feeling better makes me enjoy going to the doctor. With evening hours and on call doctors, I feel they are always there for me when I need them. Its a stop shop for colds, to physicals, to dermatology and skin care. Go see them, you won't feel disappointed. Dr. Reed and her staff are amazing, professional and on top of the latest technology and offerings in their office. For the first time in a long time I don't feel like I am just a medical chart, I am a patient and they actually care about me.
