  • They really deserve 0 stars ! Called twice with some questions about booking online and the customer service was so bad that it didn't matter how much money I "might" have saved. I say might because they aren't that much cheaper than others, only benefit is larger, newer rooms in my opinion. But I'll pass! Who wants to stay somewhere that treats the ppl that pay to stay there or that are trying to pay to stay there like crap?!? Lol not I ;)
