  • My boyfriend and I went in for a manicure and pedicure. We had a noon appointment and were taken back to the pedicure chairs about 10-15 minutes later. It was his first time getting a pedicure and Crystal, the nail tech, totally put him at ease. Crystal was very attentive and took her time; his pedicure actually lasted longer than mine and I got polish. He thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Brenda was my nail tech and she also did a great pedicure. I only wish mine lasted as long as his. When I went to get my manicure, after soaking and cleaning my cuticles, Brenda went to help another client. I was not a fan of waiting by myself for some time considering my boyfriend was still getting a pedicure, but it isn't a total deal breaker; I just felt it was a little unprofessional considering I had an appointment and the client Brenda went to help was a walk-in. I could understand if I was soaking or something, but there was no need at that point for a break in my service. When my boyfriend finished with his pedicure, I was okay because I had someone to talk to. Brenda did a great job cleaning up my nails on my hand considering I broke a couple. She did amazing with the shape and the shellac. My boyfriend enjoyed his manicure; he even said he'd be back just for the hand massage. The only thing he wished Crystal did better was even the length of his nails. She filed them a little, but didn't cut them down or make them all the same length. I saw that they guarantee their shellac for 2 weeks if they chip. I think this is a great service. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely return!
