  • Love this neighborhood nestled under Piestewa Peak! It's within walking distance to margaritas at Aunt Chilada's, and Sumida Park is across the street to meet all your fellow neighbors and dog lovers. This apartment complex is nice and quiet with bright colors and superb upkeep that makes it feel like a luxury resort. The modest pricing is unbelievable in this neighborhood! The pool is one of my favorite places to hang out thanks to the amazing views and free WiFi. This is a community where people get to know their neighbors, and not just an apartment complex.
