I called and the. They began scheduling consultation appointments for me in their Mesa location. I called and finally scheduled an appointment at their Glendale office and during the appointment signed up and started payment plan. Dueing the time I was paying for the bankruptcy I received notice that a creditor had file for a judgement against me. I called the attorneys office and was told the debt wasn't dischageable in the bankruptcy but the attorney would contact the creditor to stop the judgement. This never happened. Once the fees were paid I was notified that the Glendale location was closed and I would have to use the Mesa location. I changed jobs and no longer had flexibility to schedule appointments and drive to Mesa. No refunds is their policy, eve. If they do nothing! My wages were about to be garnished but I had paid for a legal plan through my new job. I contacted a different lawyer in Glendale and found out that the creditor with the judgement was in fact dischageable. The new lawyer responds to calls and emails within 12-24 hours. I contacted Pew Law as my new attorney had advised and told them to send an accounting of the funds they received. It took several calls and Pew Law FINALLY refunded only the filing fee,, no accounting of what they had done to earn they money I paid. Just take money without doing ANYTHING! My current attorney is awesome!
