  • Won't be coming back here. We have taken several our trucks here and our new VW. Today's experience will make it so we never frequent Terrible Herbst car washes again. After the cleaning their was a major damage spot on the ceiling by the passenger side window. It had never been there before. We asked for a supervisor and he told us they don't use oils to clean with and a fresh towel is used on each cleaning. Okay fine, but how did this NEW spot just appear? (See attached picture). The outside of the car looked fine, but inside on top of the spot was still dusty, hair still on the car seats, horrible vacuuming job. All the supervisor/manager Rich would say is he is denying any claim. He did have us fill out a claim report and said if we report it to our insurance it would be a fight between them and the insurance. Not even offering a refund for the horrible cleaning. I'll be taking it to Fabulous Freddies to be re-washed properly, but don't know how to remove this oil spot that has damaged the ceiling by the window. Friends/family in Summerlin area, don't go here.
