  • I have been coming here for years and today is the end of that for me. I tried to hang in there as they made their changes of stylists and colorists working exclusively within their speciality even though it meant far fewer options of providers for both services. I have weathered the strange and strained atmosphere in the business itself. I mean I'm here for a haircut, I don't really care about the in-fighting. What was the nail in the coffin for me was the complete lack of professionalism when it came to an appointment booking foul up. I had scheduled an appointment, the last available, only to be called immediately back and told that "someone else must have booked the appointment at the same time"....okay. So the lady offered me another, earlier, appointment time. Great. That works better for me any how. Fast forward to the appointment time...I go in and they have ZERO record of the appointment. Then the receptionist says "maybe they can work you in". Great, let's do that. But then she just stands there. Literally doesn't move a muscle. Until I finally say "So they can't work me in?" She says no. Sorry. Now I go back to the desk to try and figure out where my appointment went. We check under all the similar names....nothing. Until they finally find it...set for a week out. Not at all what I scheduled. So I ask to speak to a manager. The two ladies at the front look at one another and go back and forth about who "the manager" is...then one disappears into the back to retrieve the manager. 10 minutes later I am still standing there and the manager hasn't shown...nor had the receptionist who went to find her. Giving me the distinct impression that they were "hiding" in the back. That was it for me. There is a way to handle problems and avoidance isn't at the top of that list. So I tell the other receptionist to cancel the appointment that I didn't make on the 8th and that I was done. And done is exactly what I am. Save yourself a lot of annoyance and look elsewhere to begin with. You'll be glad you did.
