  • I'm giving them a 4 because it really is a nice place, but I'm not into spicy ramen. So I won't be back. That being said all the food was fresh and flavorful. It was cool to see the broth/stock being simmered right in front of you. Downside was my waitress was a bit flakey. When I sat down at first she asked what I wanted to drink. In a unique restaurant I want to see if they have any unique drinks so I said I needed to take a look at the menu first. She hovered around for an oddly long amount of time. Then at the end I had to ask for my check twice. And no, they weren't that busy.
