  • Took my Dyson to be repaired (part that makes the roller spin was worn down). Great customer service!!!! I ended up buying a stick vac. I picked up my Dyson and had to take a second look at only because it was so CLEAN (looked brand new like other reviewers had said). Again, I ended up buying a strong hand held vac for stairs. You can't beat the prices and the good selection they have. They also give a 1year warranty. Highly recommend!
