It was good. I'm still looking for that Wo hop of NYC Chinatown here in Las Vegas. The soup was filling but lacked a great flavor. I added the chili paste from the table and it was better.
I tried the pork and chive dumplings. They would have been better if they were pan seared. Too much lemon or lime in them. Very strong citrus flavor. Again masked it with the chili paste.
I don't understand the cold plate selections. Especially the tender sliced beef but when in Rome.
