| - I ordered faux blinds for my whole house. The salesman was nice and informative and the installation guys were awesome. I had solar screens installed a couple months later. A year into my home, I notice the blinds started to sag, not in one room, but pretty much most of them. It didn't matter if the room was facing the sun or not. I called them to inform them of this and I was told that I was going to be charged $75 for a service call to have them replaced OR I could take them down myself and bring it to the store to replace them. Really!!?? I have no idea how to take them off. Well, I figured it out and come to find out, one of the blinds didn't fit into blind holder (don't know what its called) properly and if I were to lift the blinds by pulling on the string, the whole thing could have come crashing down. I mentioned this to the employeees when I went to take my blinds in for replacement and it was going to still be a $75 charge. I jimmied it back up the way they did and informed the family to not lift the blinds, but to just open them. Then putting the blinds back up were not as easy as coming down. A year later, after replacing the sagging ones, I notice the new ones are starting to sag, and the ones I didn't replace the first time are starting to sag. I am getting a new house, not because of the blinds, but I know I will NOT be calling Bugsy's Blinds again.
