  • I feel compelled to write a review as Dr. Shannon Chandler is amazing. Let me start by sharing my story...I purchased contacts through 1-800-Contacts 3 years ago, anyone who buys from them knows their 100% satisfaction policy. So as it turns out I purchased my initial supply of contact lenses with my 1st eye doctor's prescription. I am on my 3rd year of getting them replaced for free (if your prescription changes) 1-800-Contacts will replace them for free, you send back your remaining supply and they will provide you with a new one. I've been to three doctors during this period but no one can get my prescription right, I have all about given up on contact lens use. My wife insisted that I'd come see Dr. Shannon Chandler so I gave it a try. WOW!!!! I've been wearing the contacts for three days in a row and I am absolutely amazed! I finally found a doctor that knows what she is doing, she was able to zero in on my prescription and I couldn't be happier. This office also provides a 1-hr turnaround for prescription glasses. Toni from Visionworks has been awesome. In summary, all I want to say to the staff is, THANK YOU! I feel so comfortable with my glasses, contacts and prescription. Couldn't be happier. Hope you give these folks a try they are true professionals and have a passion, drive and desire to do things right for the customer. I am a happy customer and just want to write a note so you too, can become a patient and be a happy customer just like myself!
